An extra large stock tank or pond is required .
I have a giant female red eared slider that was found near the canal last year , nobody claimed her. She almost always refuses greens but will eat pellets like nobody’s business . I occasionally have given her some young healthy guppies to chase around until she eats them . She gets along with other turtles but she is so big I would love for her to have her own pond or maybe share one with just one or two other turtles. Overcrowding is not good but if your pond is large she may do fine with multiple other turtles . She will hog basking spots so you would have to make sure it’s an underground pond or have tons of basking spots . She also is good at escaping so your pond would have to be secured in a brick yard or have a smaller fence around it . She will climb chain link or anything she can grip …. Asking 50 with proof of a pond or stock tank to ensure you can afford to keep a turtle . I May be more inclined to negotiate after seeing your pond . I’m just weeding out hoarders and flippers .
