Hello. I would like to meet some people to begin training for a 5km run on dec 2019 “ race to the runaway”. I did it last year and keep running until the beginning of the summer. It’s hard to get motivated again. If you like to begin training we can doit 3 days a week beginning with a slow pace and take it from there. I’m a 48 yo male in sundance. Also member of LA fitness So we can use the treadmills.
