The Assistant Human Resources Manager, Aventura Cering-Phoenix Convention Center is responsible for providing support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and practices, researching and/or investiging concerns, and making recommendions th promote positive employee relions. The main area of responsibility is to serve as a resource to management and employees in solving day-to-day workplace mters.
COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. If both numbers are the same, th is the amount th Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estime of the compension for this position as of the time of posting.?

Support the Human Resources Manager with functions reled to hourly employee recruitment, staffing, scheduling, employee records/retention, employee onboarding, event day employee check in, employee engagement, payroll/tips processing,
Support the Human Resoures Manager with general employee relions issues; provide direction and recommendions to all levels of leadership, ensure fairness and consistency of policy and practice.
