A floor machine operator is accountable for the overall operating of equipment and floor removal at assigned projects. The floor machine operator will partner with the Project Management Team to coordinate and schedule.

•Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSHA guidelines
•Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints (or willing to learn)

Physical Demands
The position lifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position that will require night work at times. Days/Nights and hours of work have varying shifts depending on assigned job site requirements for a typical 40-hour work week. This position may require overtime and weekend work on occasion.
Travel
Travel is primarily local, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
