Job Summary
Takes care of all bid related emails and will also provide direct support to the office staff.
Important Duties:
*Contributes to staff support
*Process and maintains all job walks, bid invites, updates, and changes from contractors.
*Other duties as assigned, including projects related to the business.
*Reliable transportation.
*Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels within the organization.
*Developed written and oral communication skills.
*Ability to maintain organized filing system.
*Normal office demands. (phones, filing, shredding, etc.)
*Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
*Proficiency with Adobe or other PDF creation software.
*Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday.
*Detail oriented, with the ability to multitask and deal with rapidly changing priorities.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others to meet performance objectives.
*Run errands as needed.
Required Education and Experience
*High school diploma or equivalent educational certification.
*At least 2 years computer experience.
