JOURNEYMAN PAINTERS (Experienced)
Pay: $25ā$28/hour (depending on experience)
Requirements:
3+ years professional painting experience
Must know how to spray, cut, roll, and back-roll
Experience running a spray rig (Graco, Titan, etc.) is required
Must have your own spray rig OR be highly experienced using one
Experience with exterior & interior
Must have your own basic tools
Must have reliable transportation / truck (able to carry ladders)
Comfortable working on ladders and heights
Strong prep knowledge (masking, caulking, repairs)
Ability to follow scope and stay on schedule
Good customer service & communication
Dependable
Integrity and honesty are a plus
PREPPERS (Masking / Prep Crew)
Pay: $20ā$24/hour (depending on experience)
Requirements:
Experience with masking, sanding, scraping, caulking, and prep work
Must have your own masker, brushes, and basic prep tools
Know how to properly protect surfaces (windows, concrete, fixtures, etc.)
Able to pressure wash, patch, and prep surfaces correctly
Attention to detail ā prep is everything
Reliable transportation
Team player
Shows up ready to work
