You will be working under general direction from the Install Manager, this is a position requiring hands on knowledge and use of tools & equipment to install finished products. The best matched candidate be comfortable in a hands-on role working in a deadline-oriented environment. Must also be okay with heights.*
Responsibilities
• Service and install monuments, pylon, channel letters and other types of signage
• Communicate (verbal and written) all required information such as statues, issues, surveys etc.
• Ensure all requirements are met on the job site.
• Maintain an organized and complete inventory on truck.
• Continually look for improvements in our service/installation process.
• Lead and train service/installation technician.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Assist lead installer in all aspects of the job
• Additional Experience Appreciated
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues with signs.
• Ability to improvise due to job site conditions.
• Enjoy hands on work and variety of work.
• Professional in demeanor and a true team player.
• Highly motivated, high energy, positive outlook with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate well.
• Clean driving record
• CDL (preferred but not required)
• Welding
