THE ROLE
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler / Installer to join our full-time team. You'll be working hands-on in customers' homes and backyards assembling gazebos, pergolas, playsets, and sheds. Installing murphy beds and other smaller furniture items. Handling a variety of service requests. No two days are the same, and we love it that way.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and is hungry to develop new skills in a fast-growing company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assemble outdoor structures
- Install Murphy beds
- Read and follow instruction manuals and diagrams accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after each job
- Manage your work load using a shared calendar and respond promptly to texts, emails, and calls
- Represent All In 1 Handyman with professionalism and a positive attitude
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable transportation required — a truck is strongly preferred
- Ability to read and follow instruction manuals with precision
- Comfortable working outdoors and in extreme Arizona heat
- Excellent communication skills — you answer your phone, reply to texts, and respond to emails
- Extremely punctual — if you say you'll be there at 8, you're there at 7:55
- Coachable mindset — you're open to feedback and excited to keep learning
- A competitive drive — you want to be the best at what you do
- Organized and calendar-aware — you can manage appointments and plan your day

- $25 per hour
