Witherow Construction LLC a local grading company, is looking for full-time construction laborers to join our team.
The duties and responsibilities of a laborer are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
-Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
-Digging trenches, compacting earth and backfilling holes.
-Tending machinery.
-Operating a water truck on construction site
-Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
-Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of age for insurance purposes
Reliable transportation required to job sites
Qualified candidate can work in a team environment, whether performing duties alone or with others, and follow instructions
Strong work ethic, punctuality and a team-player attitude
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to stand, squat, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, walk, push, pull.
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
-Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather.
-Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Our office is located in Surprise, Arizona. Most of our jobsites are located in the West Valley.
