Can you paint a wall? Can you change locks? Install a door knob? Can you go shopping for home decor? You don't have to do all these things if you can do most. We have an affordable housing epidemic and I am going to solve it. We offer affordable housing solutions for people who cant afford thousands of dollars to get into overpriced apartments. The job will start off part time and we would move you to full time depending on how well your doing. The job provides for an hourly pay plus commissions. There's half priced rental rates for some of my employees, which makes my affordable housing more affordable. We show apartments and furnished rooms for rent all the time so your schedule must be flexible and you must be able to go to multiple locations. Must be able to answer your phone and field calls for prospective renters. Must have your own transportation with car insurance. MUST, MUST be able to pass a drug test. Need to start immediately.
