We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional with 1–3 years of experience to handle high-volume outbound calling. In this role, you will generate interest and book home improvement appointments for our sales team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will qualify their home project needs and schedule free estimate appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar cold-calling environments.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Number of outbound calls and connect rates per day.
• Total-qualified appointments scheduled per week.
