Schedule:
📅 Wednesday - Saturday, 4:00 AM - 4:00 PM
✅ Rotating 4/3 schedule
✅ Every other Wednesday off
What You'll Do: As a Dairy Processing Operator, you'll be responsible for preparing, batching, pasteurizing, and monitoring dairy products while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
🥛 Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
📋 Record inventory and ingredient lot numbers
⚙️ Operate pasteurizers, homogenizers, tanks, and processing equipment
🧪 Perform butterfat and solids testing
🧼 Set up and monitor Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems
🔧 Perform basic equipment maintenance and part replacements
✅ Complete production documentation and quality records
🛡️ Follow all GMP, food safety, and workplace safety procedures
📢 Report food safety or quality concerns immediately
What We're Looking For
✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred
✔ 6+ months of manufacturing, dairy, food production, or related experience preferred
✔ Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
✔ Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
✔ Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
✔ Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
✔ Reliable attendance and commitment to safety
Work Environment
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work.

🏭 Work around production equipment and processing systems
📦 Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
🚶 Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and move throughout shift
