Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill Crate Builder with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

*Pay Rate: $19/hour
*Available Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30AM-2:00PM and 1:30PM-10:00PM (mandatory overtime)
*This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Crate Builder Responsibilities:
•Assemble boxes, skids, crates, or platforms used for shipping equipment and machine parts.
•Build or otherwise prepare bracing and other support needed for safe transportation.

Crate Builder Requirements:
•At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
•At least 1 year of crating experience
•Experience operating a staple/nail gun.
•Forklift experience preferred.
•Must pass a background check and drug screen.
•Must be able to read a tape measure.
