We are seeking candidates with experience operating manufacturing or production equipment, including:
•Fin press or metal stamping machines
•CNC press brake machines (Amada, Toyokoki, Di-Acro, or similar)
•Copper tube processing equipment
•Roll forming, punch press, or similar production machinery
•Other metal fabrication or manufacturing equipment
*Candidates with experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, HVAC manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production environments are encouraged to apply.
*Available shifts include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts depending on department needs. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $23.00/hour based on experience and position.
Schedule
•Monday - Friday
•Overtime and Saturdays may be required based on production needs.
•Must be flexible to work 10-12 hour shifts when necessary.
Responsibilities
•Operate assigned production equipment safely and efficiently.
•Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documentation.
•Measure and inspect parts using tape measures and other inspection tools.
•Perform Assemble, sort, package, label, trim, and prepare products for production or shipment.
•Make basic machine adjustments and perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
•Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
•Assist other production departments as needed.
•Meet daily production and quality goals while working independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications
•Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
•Experience operating production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
•Ability to read and use a tape measure (testing required).
•Blueprint reading experience preferred.
•Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
•Experience with hand and power tools is a plus.
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
•Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
•Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
•Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift.
•Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
•Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
