This Guild DV-52 dreadnought came out of the Westerly, Rhode Island factory in 1999. It features a solid spruce top with Indian rosewood back & sides, all in a satin finish. It offers a rich, robust tone with excellent sound projection. The sound is crisp and articulate with that big bold Guild sound. The original non-functioning under saddle pickup was recently replaced with a K&K Pure Mini so no more batteries. Lovely abalone rosette. The neck is smooth, fast and so easily playable. There is a weird blemish on the top where the finish is rubbed off (unknown origin from a previous owner) but no cracks or structural damage. The guitar is in very good condition for a 25+ year old instrument. Comes with original Guild hard shell case in good condition. This guitar has a ton of mojo.
