Camelback Moving is a growing, locally owned moving company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Billing Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our office operations organized and our customers taken care of.
Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally
* Schedule moves and update customer information
* Prepare, review, and process invoices and payments
* Handle basic bookkeeping and billing follow-ups
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Assist management with daily administrative tasks
Qualifications:
* Previous administrative and/or billing experience preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable with computers, email, and office software
* Accounting or QuickBooks experience is a plus
* Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
