About the Opportunity
Mirabai Devi LLC is seeking a highly organized, self-directed, and adaptable Executive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of an international spiritual teacher, healer, author, and speaker.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, scheduling, problem-solving, and creating order in a dynamic environment. The role serves as the primary point of coordination for client scheduling, calendar management, communications, and administrative operations.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and supporting a fast-moving schedule while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Extensive training will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain a dynamic calendar
• Schedule and reschedule private client sessions
• Respond to client emails and inquiries
• Coordinate meetings and appointments
• Maintain accurate calendar details and records
• Create and send invoices and payment links
• Support workshop and event administration
• Coordinate communication with team members and contractors
• Create simple graphics and promotional materials using Canva
• Assist with updating events on the company website
• Maintain administrative systems and documentation
