Sierra Auction Phoenix, the largest public auction company in the Southwest, is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Admin to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
-Resolve issues by clarifying concerns and determining appropriate solutions
-Maintain accurate customer records in our systems
-Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
-Support our title department with daily tasks, including scanning, updating spreadsheets, and daily outgoing mail
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-3+ years of customer service experience preferred
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
-Proficiency with computers and customer management systems
-Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
-Prior experience in the automotive or auction business
Required Skills:
-Bilingual
Typical Hours: Mon. - Fri. 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
