Accounting / Office Assistant is needed immediately (Tempe)

compensation: Depending on experiences

We are expanding! We're looking for an Accounting / Office assistant immediately.

The right candidate MUST be detail-oriented, quick learner, proficient in Quickbooks ONLINE (we only use QBO) and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, a quick learner and has an ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize accordingly.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-enter invoices/ bills in Quickbooks (A/R & A/P)
-scan/file various documents/records
-assist payroll
-respond appropriately to all customer inquiries and calls
-other duties as assigned or required

Required skills and experience:
- Strong QuickBooks ONLINE (QBO) skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel/Words/Outlook skills
- Work quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to problem-solve independently
- Ability to work independently, self-starter
