Hey guys! I'm Kent. I have a beautiful house in the Bellair community on 43rd ave and union hills and have one room available. The house has a pool table, plush living room furniture, 60" 4K flatscreen w/ JBL sound system, and a bar. It is fully renovated with stainless steel appliances, front load washer and dryer, travertine flooring, modern fireplace, and large bedrooms. The house has 4 main bedrooms and 2.5 baths. I am renting out 3 of the rooms which share a large bathroom.

Let me tell you about the mates:

I'm 35 years old, single, have 1 dog (5 y/o am staff terrier) and work full time as a territory manager and real estate agent. Originally from LA, I'm a U of A Wildcat and got my MBA in Finance from GCU in 2014. In high school you would have considered me the class clown. I like to stay active. In my free time you can find me doing anything from kayaking to golfing to paintballing. I love traveling, trying new things, and always down for an adventure or anything to pump my adrenaline. I'm easy to get along with, somewhat intelligent, and can hold a conversation quite well. 420 friendly and love winding down with a delicious drink.

The next roommate is Suzi. She's also 35 and works full time as an uber driver and real estate agent. She enjoys edm concerts and all music in general. She's fun, easy to get along with, and a great cook too!

The other roommate is Corey. She's 38, teaches high school PE, and has a 4 year old dog. She enjoys the outdoors, likes to play golf, and escapes to California whenever she can.

The rent is $800 plus utilities but would prefer to do an all-inclusive deal of $900. The term is month to month with a $450 refundable security deposit and (if applicable) a $100 non-refundable pet security deposit.

Things we are looking for in a new roommate:

We don't need you to be a social butterfly but please have basic social skills

Someone who can help keep the place clean i.e. vacuuming, sweeping, putting dishes away, etc. and contribute to common household supplies i.e. paper towels, tp, basic cleaning supplies etc. We are also considering starting a side pot for these kinds of supplies. Like $10-12/mo each. Can discuss at move in.

Must be employed and ideally not work from home

Please message me with any questions and let me know a little about yourself. You can tell me things like why you're moving, what you do for work, what you like doing during your free time, how long you've been in phoenix, who's your favorite ninja turtle, or anything else you'd like to share. show contact info

I’m sorry but no couples, cats, or kids.

Final Disclaimer*** I am currently redoing the stairs and will be replacing all the carpet in the first or second week of July
