Been contemplating about renting out a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom. No rush to rent as I am looking for an ideal roommate situation where someone has a solid background and employment.
Room is in a 2-story, 3000sf home with a pool. Utilities included (gas, active alarm system, water, electric, and internet) for $950/month. Security deposit negotiable depending on your financial situation. You have off-street parking, a quiet clean neighborhood with access to shopping and dining.
You would have access to the entire house, and if desired the loft offers privacy as it includes a couch and TV viewing area.
Open to all renters (male or female), but as I stated earlier, must have a solid background and employment situation.
