I hope you can appreciate the perks of being my housemate. I keep my home clean& tidy. If you have merit, you live the same lifestyle and will respect OUR home. I do have a housemate whom I have given notice to. If you need to move in before he leaves, you will obviously not pay the full rent. Once gone, I will never take on another housemate so you have one side of the home to yourself. That consists of 2 bedrooms, (one can be your den/office) and your private bathroom with two sinks and a shower/tub combination.
I live a quiet and peaceful life so no drama here and I would appreciate the same ;o) Our HOA has two pools and a LARGE gym, not solely a few pieces of equipment. And of course the mountains are "in our backyard" if you enjoy outdoor activities.
