I have a room for rent 3 bedroom home shared bath all utilities paid but must respect my setting all electric home so to keep utilities low
I have to keep settings as is
Will adjust first month rent depending on day you move in then regular rent will be due on the 1st
Full use of kitchen and laundry room. My dog is pictured he loves everybody
$850.00 a month each PLEASE HAVE YOUR OWN SHEETS AND PILLOWS QUEEN SIZE
No deposit please pay on time don’t have ability to wait. Unless you have a good excuse if not you must move
