My names Brett I am 35, there is currently one room available in my 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 story house. I dont have much furniture so there is plenty of space if you need it. There is not really any rules besides clean up after yourself and keep the common areas clean. 420 friendly, really close to grocery stores/gas stations/highways/amenities etc. We're pretty quiet and keep to ourselves for the most part, contact me if you have any other questions or want to come check it out.
