This is a good sized pop-up camper. Clean title. It has a fresh water tank, along with two new batteries, two new tires, and two new propane tanks. It has a working gas heater. The refrigerator runs on either electricity or propane. It comes with a king size pullout bed and a queen size pull out bed. A slide out dinette with storage underneath converts to a bed. The seating could also be used as a bed for a total of seven sleeping occupants. It has a hanging closet organizer, sky light, one plug in ceiling fan, and five working lights, outdoor shower utility and an outdoor grill gas hose, and a working porch light. Large seating accommodation for guests. Two burner gas stove. The converter works great. Drawers for kitchen items. Sink works well. It has a pull out cooler inside the camper. We had a direct water connection so we did not replace the non-working water pump. The hot water heater will get the water hot, but the pilot light goes out when heated up. We just boil water if we want hot water. We brought our own mini fridge with a freezer. We also brought a small microwave and an ice maker. The CO alarm works, but the gas alarm does not. There is no awning. We have enjoyed it immensely, but It’s time for us to let it go, we just don’t use it anymore.
