2106 Cedar Creek by Hathaway (Forest River) 5th Wheel for sale. This is a Model 34RL which is 36’8’ long with 2 axles. Interior has a queen bed, washer.dryer combination 2 TVs, electric fireplace, sofa bed, dinette, residential refrigerator and an island sink in the kitchen. There are 3 slide outs, 2 in the living room/kitchen area and one in the bedroom.

Reason for selling is that I no longer have a need for it, my new partner has a Class A motorhome and we use his motorhome instead of the 5th Wheel.

It has been in storage and the clear coat is beginning to peel on the front but that is just a cosmetic issue. The vehicle is currently located at the Sun Cities RV Compound on 115th Ave in Surprise.

I also have a 2016 Ford F250 4x4 Super Duty King Cab, Long Bed Diesel truck available for purchase with the 5th Wheel. I will sell the 5th wheel without the truck but I will NOT sell the truck without the 5th Wheel. My asking price for the truck, which has approximately 94,000 miles is $29,900.
