Key Responsibilities
• Monitor surveillance systems and maintain awareness of all on-site activity
• Enforce company policies and applicable laws to ensure a safe environment
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, including buildings and grounds
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergency situations
• Identify, assess, and report suspicious or unusual activity
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation
• Control and direct pedestrian and vehicle traffic as needed
• De-escalate conflicts professionally while taking appropriate action when required
• Remain composed, alert, and decisive in high-pressure situations
• Minimum Requirements
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Clean criminal background
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing patrol duties
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 100 lbs.
• Capable of walking or running when necessary
• Availability for nights, weekdays, and weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Strong knowledge of safety and security procedures
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong observation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Valid Armed Guard Card
• Prior security experience
• Military or veteran background
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday; availability for both morning and swing shifts required
