Good roommates are rare, looking for good vibes all day. If you are looking for a drama free, kind/cool, fair, dependable, very clean, and respectable roomy, look no further. I'm Looking to rent a room in a well kept, hoard free, drama free safe home near Surprise/Peoria/NW Glendale area. Im looking for a room for me and my small bulldog, cold AC is important, kept at a reasonable agreed upon level. Im 37, normal guy, clean criminal history, work a job at night. Let's meet face to face get to know each other, make sure we vibe well). I'm a very respectable guy, very clean, like OCD clean but in a healthy way, I keep my dog very clean, he's trained kept out of the way, and I pick up after him everyday. Looking to live in a nice well kept home with well kept yard, roommates who are respectful and clean up after themselves. No crazy people, angry drunks, smoking ok if outside only, no hard drugs, don't want to live in a party house, let's crack a beer, sip some wine, make some music, play Arc Raiders, and BBQ instead. I'm kind, won't start drama, not awkward. I enjoy music, making music, nature, a little nerdy, a gamer, long walks on the beach. If you've rented before you know it's almost impossible to find solid roommates that are self accountable, honest, and share responsibilities. If you liked what I wrote, we'll probably get along.
