This is a remote, commission-based, non-exclusive opportunity. Applicants should indicate which track they are pursuing.
TRACK 1: Church & Community Licensing Sales
This role focuses on faith-based organizations, churches, and community exhibitors.
Ideal background:
• Experience working with churches, ministries, or nonprofit organizations
• Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and closing standardized licenses
• Relationship-driven sales style
Sales cycle: Short
Deal structure: Fixed or standardized fees
Volume-based opportunity
TRACK 2: Broadcast, Institutional & Platform Licensing Sales
This role focuses on television, FAST channels, educational institutions, and other large buyers.
Ideal background:
• Experience in media sales, licensing, distribution, or institutional deals
• Comfortable with longer sales cycles and negotiated agreements
• Able to engage decision-makers and handle deal complexity
Sales cycle: Longer
Deal structure: Negotiated, deal-specific
Higher-value transactions
What’s available to sell (both tracks):
• Finished feature films and original music
• Clear rights, direct licensor (no middlemen)
• Non-exclusive licensing only
Structure (both tracks):
• Remote role
• Commission paid per closed deal (percentage negotiable by track)
• No upfront fees
• No exclusivity
This is NOT:
• A management role
• A salaried position
• A social media or marketing job
