What will you do as a Wireless Store Manager?
As a Wireless Store Manager, you serve in a dual role! You understand and stay current with the latest technologies that connect customers to the people, places and things that matter most. You engage and develop employees to be the best Wireless Experts to ensure personal and company success AND you are an active listener to customers to understand their individual needs and guide them to the right products and best services!
Responsible for recruiting, training, developing and communicating with all staff as well as assessing on a regular basis
Schedules, plans and assigns daily goals, tasks and assignments; assures proper completion and follow-up
Manages store functions such as the management of funds, timekeeping and payroll
Generate business account leads and sales by asking qualifying questions
Maintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements by reviewing product knowledge communication and training pieces daily
Manages inventory counts, receiving of inventory, and re-stocking of merchandise
Conducts floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping
Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS (point-of-sale) registers
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in cellular retail environment
One (1) to three (3) years’ experience supervising a team preferred
Job Type: Full-time
