Ultra-tiny Micro computer for sale - with Windows 10 - $140 (Buckeye)

This computer has the following hardware installed:
- Intel i3-5010u CPU running at 2.1 GHz.
- 8GB of DDR4 RAM
- 128GB SSD Drive
- Integrated Intel HD graphics
- Integrated audio, WiFi, ethernet, and multiple Vide output connections.
It has a freshly-installed and activated copy of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, has an up-to-date antivirus, and comes with a full Office Suite installed as well.
This computer is designed to be tiny, run on very little power, and be super quiet - basically so you can just use it and almost forget it's even there.
I cannot stress how small the PC is.. Please see attached pictures for some size comparisons.
Because it is so quiet, small, and uses so little power, it will work great as an HTPC, general office PC, multimedia system, etc...
Asking price is $140, but I will entertain reasonable offers. I will include a keyboard and mouse for $160.
For $220, I'll include a flat panel monitor as well.
