Very nice vintage Craftsman Radial 100 10″ Radial Arm Saw in outstanding original condition. Made in the 1960's in USA. The Model "100" 10 inch saw was first made in 1964 which was the first year that Emerson took over the Craftsman power tool contract for Sears buying out all the King-Seeley designs and inventory stock. Model 113.29410 by Sears Roebuck and co. Similar to type 121-28. Heavy duty ball bearing motor is currently wired for 115 Volts, 10 amps, or it can also be wired for 230 Volts 5 amps (single phase), if you prefer. It runs at 3450 RPM. The Motor is double ended with a 5/8" Arbor for mounting saw blades on the left side. Currently has a new 40 tooth carbide-tipped 10″ Blade. The opposite side of the motor currently has a Craftsmen 1/2" 3 jaw chuck mounted. Other accessories can be mounted, including router bits etc.
Nice large work top measures 40" wide by 26" deep. The powerhead glides smoothly on linear bearings for effortless cutting. Capacity is 16″ In RIP, 25″ Out Rip. Comes with several accessories including a Craftsman 3 inch face by 2 1/2" diameter drum sander and scroll saw adapter that easily mounts in place of the blade and is powered by the 5/8" motor shaft arbor.
The saw includes and is mounted on a Craftsman 2 drawer tool stand with a large storage compartment at the bottom. The stand is on 4 lockable swivel casters that make it easy to move around your shop. Both the left and right sides of the cabinet have perforated holes for conveniently hanging peg board hooks.
This is a very heavy, stable and strong saw of commercial duty quality, I estimate it weighs 250 lbs. Excellent condition. Highly desired by master woodworkers.
