This is a 1099 sales partnership for someone who wants to run their own small business and earn commission-based income.
What this actually looks like
You work locally, in the field. You walk into restaurants and commercial kitchens, talk with managers and decision-makers, identify worn gaskets and door issues, take accurate measurements, provide quotes, and build long-term client relationships.
Your role is to generate and feed install work to our installation team.
You are not chasing random leads—we provide the product, pricing structure, systems, and local support.

We are actively looking for sales partners in West Valley Phoenix.

Are comfortable walking into businesses unannounced
Can talk to owners and managers without scripts or hand-holding
Measure accurately and follow a repeatable system
Want control over your schedule and your results
