Looking for a reliable and DETAIL oriented Lead Property Remodel Tech to join our team. This is a hands-on role performing general remodel and punch list work in residential rental and vacant properties.
Ideal for someone who works well independently and on a team, shows up on time, and takes pride in doing solid, honest work and has very high attention to DETAIL
Duties include:
- Installing/changing light fixtures (can lights) and ceiling fans
- Drywall patching (matching texture)
- Pressure washing walkways, siding, patios
- Completing punch lists when tenants move out
- General handyman tasks as needed
- Interior / exterior painting and touch ups
- Swapping out appliances (ovens, dishwashers, etc.)
Requirements:
- Previous remodel / renovation experience
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Basic tools to complete jobs (we provide materials)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and do physical work
Pay: Competitive – $25-30+/hr based on experience (W2 or 1099 options available)
Schedule: Flexible, but reliability and communication are key. 40+ hrs / week
