Field Technician / Assistant Project Coordinator (High Ownership Role)
West Valley | Full-Time | $28–$32/hr DOE
We're a fast-growing renovation company turning single-family rental properties at speed and scale in the Phoenix metro area. We don't hire order-takers — we hire people who own outcomes.
This role is for someone who can execute in the field, think ahead, and keep multiple projects moving without being managed. If you need constant direction, this isn't the job.
What You'll Own
Keep 5–10 active renovation projects moving on schedule
Coordinate trades, materials, and next steps without creating bottlenecks
Catch problems early and solve them before they escalate
Maintain clean, real-time project tracking — photos, notes, updates
Act as the bridge between field execution and operations
How You'll Spend Your Time
75% Field Execution — leading by example:
Minor electrical: fan and light swaps
Minor plumbing: faucet replacements, disposal replacements
Drywall patching and texture match
Paint, punch lists, and appliance installs
General handyman and turnover work
25% Project Coordination:
Tracking job status and next steps across multiple active properties
Communicating with vendors, suppliers, and the operations team
Keeping projects organized and on schedule using our systems

Tech-forward — we need to implement better project documentation and tracking and are looking for insight and help here.
Requirements
Remodel / renovation experience required
Proven ability to use project management tools to track and drive execution
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license — truck is a major plus
Basic tools
Physically capable (50 lbs+)
