Younger Brothers Plumbing is a well-established plumbing company that is part of the Younger Brothers Family and have been in the valley for 40 years building production homes for many of the Valley's best builders!
We're looking for a motivated Customer Service person to represent us!
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Plumbing Customer Service
Having your own plumbing hand tools is preferred
Clean driving record – must provide a current 39-month MVR record
We provide vehicle, snake, camera and other larger tools needed
Must be able to pass a national criminal background check
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must Have Knowledge Of:
Toilet repair/replacement
Faucet repair/replacement
Shower and tub valve repair/replacement
Water heater repair/replacement
Water softener repair/replacement
Sewer cleaning and sewer line replacement (excavator experience a plus)
Slab leak repair and re-routes
Running gas lines
Permits and codes
Commercial experience a plus, but not required
Sewer ejector and sump pump experience a plus, but not required
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose plumbing challenges
Recommend repairs to customers
Perform repairs and replacement of plumbing parts, fixtures, and water heaters
Manage quality and time on each job
Provide exceptional customer service
Inform and educate the customer on their plumbing systems as well as the benefits of our maintenance
Must be good with working alone, as well as work effectively with a team
Go above and beyond with providing the best customer service
Great personality and customer service skills
Integrity, honesty & good character
Current work schedule: Monday-Friday and some weekends when needed
All schedules include on-call rotation. Currently 1 week per month.
