Commercial Journeyman Electrician – $26–$36/hr + Bonuses · Weekly Pay · Direct Deposit

CR Custom Electric is growing fast. We're building toward being the dominant electrical contractor in the Phoenix metro — and we need journeymen who produce independently, hold high standards, and want to work somewhere that actually runs organized jobs.

$26–$36/hr based on experience + performance bonuses. Weekly pay, direct deposit.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Executing electrical scope on commercial TI and ground-up projects
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Installing conduit, wire, devices, and equipment to code
• Working independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Holding quality and safety standards on your portion of the job
• Supporting foremen with sequencing, material needs, and crew coordination
• Mentoring apprentices where applicable

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Can read plans and execute scope without hand-holding
• Shows up on time, every day — reliability is non-negotiable
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safe work practices
• Works well within a crew structure, communicates clearly
• Valid driver's license
• Based in Phoenix metro
