Residential Journeyman Electrician (5+ years experience)

Residential Journeyman Electrician – $26–$36/hr + Bonuses · Weekly Pay · Direct Deposit

CR Custom Electric is growing our residential division. We're looking for a journeyman who produces independently, holds high standards, and takes pride in quality work.

$26–$36/hr based on experience + performance bonuses. Weekly pay, direct deposit.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Executing residential electrical scope from rough-in through trim and final
• Reading and interpreting residential blueprints and electrical plans
• Installing wiring, devices, panels, and fixtures to code
• Working independently on assigned portions of the job with minimal supervision
• Holding quality and safety standards on every home you touch
• Supporting foremen with coordination, materials, and sequencing
• Mentoring apprentices where applicable

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience
• Proficient rough-in through trim — custom and/or production experience
• Can read plans and execute scope without hand-holding
• Shows up on time, every day — reliability is non-negotiable
• Strong understanding of residential electrical codes and safe work practices
• Works well within a crew structure, communicates clearly
• Valid driver's license
• Based in Phoenix metro
