PacifiCap Properties, Inc is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor at their Encore on Farmer property. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at a 56-unit senior apartment community in Arizona. This is a hands-on role requiring strong.
Key Responsibilities
-Oversee and perform maintenance operations for a 56-unit senior community
-Complete work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns
-Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems
-Prepare vacant units to leasing standards
-Ensure compliance with safety, health, and property management regulations
-Coordinate vendor services and inspections
-Respond to maintenance emergencies as required
-Maintain logs, records, and inventory
-Provide professional, respectful service to senior residents
Required Qualifications
-EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
-HVAC Certification
-Property management maintenance experience
-Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in senior housing, LIHTC, HUD, or affordable housing
-Supervisory or lead maintenance experience
-Inspection and audit preparation experience
