All utilities have been updated and upgraded! A completely new solar system has been installed. New components include: 200 watt panel permanently mounted on roof, MPPT charge controller, Lipo 4 battery, fuse box, all new wiring, 4 LED interior lights and porch light, USB with power outlet port, new fantastic fan with remote. The 115 system inspected, tested, and upgraded with new circuit breaker box, 2 power outlets and new shore power inlet. The 4 very spectacular original vintage lamps were refurbished. The water system was upgraded with a new plastic 20 gallon water tank and pump which is solar powered. The original hand water pump still works as does the facet for city water. The propane system has newer style dual tanks and a new regulator. All lines inspected and pressure tested to insure no leaks. Brand new Smad 3 way refrigerator installed. The beautiful original Madernarie stove has 3 burners and a nice oven.
Exterior has new custom enamel paint in vintage colors. All window removed, glass replaced with lexan, frames polished, and reinstalled with new seals. New entry step and rear stabilizer jacks installed. Tires are all new including the spare. New chrome wheel covers reflect 1950s! Wheel bearings have been repacked, the axel inspected, and electric brakes were cleaned and adjusted. Tow package includes: new 7 pin connector , all new wiring to running lights, 4 new LED tear drop vintage marker lights, the ball is 2” and safety chain are in good condition. Clean title in hand.
