This trailer has only been used for personal use. For example, hauling materials for landscaping work for my first home in Surprise (2022) and recently moving my furniture and garage items from Oregon to my new home (also in Surprise) this year. It has been used very little while I owned it.

The lower steel frame is 70" X 108". The wood enclosure is roughly 68" X 107". The surrounding perimeter walls were framed at 24" tall. I then later framed on top of that adding another 23+".

The axil is strong with a 4 leaf spring suspension.

If interested in the tilting action, you remove a steel pin that will permit this feature.
