We are looking for experienced, dependable solo drivers to run consistent Amazon freight between Phoenix and Los Angeles. This is a Drop & Hook, Multi-Stop route — no-touch freight — perfect for a driver who wants steady miles and weekly pay.

Multi-drop both directions

Drop & Hook – Easy work

10-hour break in LA, then return load

Amazon may assign short local routes to complete your 11-hour day

Avg. 36 hrs per round trip

3 trips/week = full-time + ~1.5 days off (usually weekends)

300–450 miles/day

DETAILED DESCRIPTION IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS:

AGAIN.... DAY AND HOURS VARY 24/7....

This option is designed for drivers who work two consecutive days, then return home. Here’s what it looks like:

Day 1

Drive about 14 hours total (with legally required breaks).

Covers up to ~400 miles in one day.

After finishing, you take a 10-hour rest break, usually away from home.

Day 2

Drive another 13–14 hours, again about 400 miles for the day.

At the end of this second shift, you return to your home base.

Total Block Distance

Over the two days, you’ll typically drive 800–900 miles per block.

Routes usually stay within a regional radius but can cross state lines depending on freight needs.

⏱ Time Commitment

First day: 14 hours on-duty (including driving and waiting time).

Second day: 13–14 hours on-duty.

10-hour mandatory break between the two shifts (DOT requirement).

Total work time for the block: ~27–28 hours spread over two days, plus rest time.

💰 Pay Structure

Pay is generally per block or per mile (depending on contract type).

Typical annualized earnings from these blocks alone: $65K–$70K, assuming 2–3 blocks per week.

Extra blocks during peak season (Prime Day, holidays) can significantly increase income.

🏠 Home Time

You’re out overnight between the two shifts, then back home after the second day.
