We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to haul landscape rock and aggregate materials from local rock quarries to residential and commercial customer locations. This position requires safe operation of dump trucks, strong customer service skills, and the ability to navigate residential neighborhoods efficiently. Part-Time only.
-Responsibilities:
•Safely operate Class A dump trucks to transport rock and aggregate materials
•Pick up materials from local rock quarries and deliver to customer homes and job sites
•Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
•Ensure accurate load securement and proper dumping at delivery locations
•Maintain delivery logs, tickets, and basic paperwork
•Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers during deliveries
•Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies
•Keep truck clean and report any mechanical issues promptly
-Requirements:
•Valid Class A CDL (required) (3+ years required)
•Clean driving record
•Experience hauling aggregate, rock, or construction materials preferred
•Ability to safely maneuver and dump in residential areas
•Familiarity with local quarries and Phoenix metro area a plus
•Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
•Strong attention to safety and detail
-Preferred Qualifications:
•Dump truck experience
•Knowledge of landscape rock types and delivery procedures
•Construction or trucking background
