AiLO Transportation is hiring OTR Company Drivers for both solo and team positions. Pay Structure

• Solo Drivers: $0.60 per mile
• Team Drivers: $0.70 per mile
• Paid on all dispatched miles
• Consistent OTR lanes and steady weekly mileage

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 2 years OTR experience
• Clean MVR & PSP
• Strong safety and compliance record
• Professional attitude and reliability
