The Warehouse & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining control of daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound freight processing, inventory accuracy, staging readiness, and related billing documentation.
Position Hours
Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pmAbout the Role:
This role serves as the single point of accountability for warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and coordination with dispatch to support on-time delivery performance. The position also supports facility readiness, light administrative functions, and basic fleet coordination.
🔑 Qualifications:
- Looking for a person with Experience in Warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Forklift, electric pallet jack, and manual pallet jack experience required
- Experience using hand trucks/dollies
- Experience receiving and processing multi-pallet freight and mixed loads
- Ability to safely handle and break down double-stacked pallets
- Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and product rotation (FIFO) preferred
- Ability to read and reconcile bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping documents
- Basic knowledge of LTL shipping and staging requirements preferred
- Comfortable communicating with operations regarding staging and delivery schedules
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
- Must have reliable transportation
