🚐 Ideal for drivers with delivery experience (Amazon, FedEx, courier, route-based work)
We are hiring professional cargo van drivers for weekday delivery routes in the West Valley (Maricopa County).
📍 IMPORTANT: All routes begin each morning in Tempe, where drivers load their vehicles before heading to their delivery routes.
We have consistent, ready-to-go routes available. Start date is based on completion of onboarding and background verification.
📍 ROUTE DETAILS
• Monday–Friday (No weekends)
• Start Time: 5:30 AM (Tempe pickup)
• 40+ stops / 125+ packages daily
• Routes in the West Valley
• Local routes (home daily after completion)
• Weekly fuel credit (company-supported routes)
• Dedicated route (no scrambling for work)
• Dispatch support + structured routes
📦 WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Report to Tempe for daily load pickup
• Scan, load, and deliver packages
• Follow assigned delivery routes
• Maintain professional customer interactions
• Majority of deliveries are to businesses
⚠️ REQUIREMENTS
• 23+ years old
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to pass background check
• Cargo van (required)
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Smartphone required
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
