House was infested with mold when I bought it and I did not know. House had to be gutted so working on a budget but been stuck in a shell of a house for a year now. Planning to lay down LVP so just need everything removed and ready for me to put down self leveling concrete.

Glendale, 67th Ave & Greenway area.

Tile- 46.8 sqft
Engineered Hardwood (Glued Down)- 700 sqft
Plywood (Glued Down)- 130 sqft

I do not need dustless removal.
