Help me get my Idea (next big thing!!) going!, need $$ investors

A little bit about myself, my name is Donna. I am from Detroit. I've lived all over, from WPB to SF. And came to PHX a couple years ago. I've had several ideas throughout my life, some of which seemed to get taken right from my brain and into store shelves overnight. But when I was 18, so 20 years ago. I had a great idea for the automotive industry. I paid the invent hotline 1800. They built me a business model with all the stats and info and sale market numbers etc. Everything to get going they had it all written out for me. However, there was a small patent issue. A patent with similar idea, but completely different technique and materials was issued 15 years before my idea. They wanted another 1500 for the patent lawyer. I was 18, and I didn't have it, I spent all I had already with the info kit. So I gave up. And let me tell you, that was such a stupid thing to do, because just now, finally now, about 20 years later, my idea is just now coming out for vehicles. So that was a pill I had to swallow. To know if I only did ...... This. Or ..... That, I could of made it!
So I don't want to let this one go, or just wait and let someone else to come out with it first. I'll be mortified! Devastated!
I don't have many resources, nor know anyone in the computer industry. So if you have any thing you think you could offer to help me, let's do this! And make it big! And I mean really really big!!
